Elexes Waddell – Grade 1

Ms. Waddell joined All Saints in 2020. She grew up in northern Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Robert Morris University. She moved to Virginia four years ago and began teaching in Orange County and Richmond Public Schools.  She has a Virginia Teaching License with a PreK-6th Endorsement.
